Our admissions process is designed to be clear, fair, and supportive of each child’s individual needs. We accept children from the age of one and offer flexible start dates based on availability. Whether you’re based locally or applying from overseas, we aim to make your journey into our community a smooth and transparent one. At Sudbrook Kinderhaus, we welcome new families with a simple and friendly admissions process:

• Visit Us: Book a personal tour or join one of our Open Days to explore our nursery and meet the team.
• Apply: Submit the registration form form along with your child’s birth certificate and any relevant medical or assessment documents.
• Fees: A £250 non-refundable registration fee and a £500 refundable deposit are required upon acceptance.
• Interview: If needed, families may be invited for an informal meeting.
• Offer: Successful applicants will receive a formal offer. Acceptance confirms agreement with our Terms & Conditions.
